The Nickel City Dixie Stompers play 'hot' music from the traditional early jazz of New Orleans and Chicago. Reminiscent of the Summer garden parties and lively street parades of 'The Jazz Era' the group has an authentic instrumental lineup including tailgating trombone, strumming banjo, marching side drum and oohmpa tuba coupled with the collective improvisation of trumpet and clarinet.

The band's repertoire of classic standards and blues including; 'Oh When The Saints Go Marching In', 'St. Louis Blues' and 'St. James Infirmary' will get you on your feet and dancing.
